As an eight-year-old girl, I discovered something that would shape the rest of my life—I loved helping people grow. Decades later, whether in classrooms, churches, boardrooms, or on conference stages, that calling remains the same.
For over three decades, I have had the privilege of mentoring many children, equipping educators, strengthening families, and inspiring leaders.
Whether in the classroom, on the stage or through my writing, my mission is simple:

I received my Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). I have a Master of Science in Education and a Doctor of Education, both from Walden University, Minnesota, USA.
I am a published author of five (5) books and a trained Registered Medical Technologist with over 26 years experience in the United States. I am a certified Life Coach and the founder of Dr. B.'s Coaching Services. I am the Host of Candid Talk With Dr. B. and Host of Hidden Treasures: A Parent Motivational Seminar Series.
In 2019, I founded Oyerinde Preparatory School (OPS) with a vision to raise world changers through excellence in education, character development, and purposeful leadership (www.oyerindeprepschool.com). In raising world changers, the formative years provide a foundation for confidence, character, curiosity, communication, critical thinking, creativity, courage, practical competence and responsibility - placing children on a lifelong path towards meaningful contribution and impact.
I have been married for almost four decades to my friend and the most intelligent man I know personally, and I am the proud mother of three wonderful adult children.
I enjoy entertaining family and friends.
If I had to describe myself in one word, the word would be “authentic”.
I feel unstoppable and unlimited.
